If your QR code isn't scanning, check the contrast between the foreground and background colors. The foreground must be significantly darker than the background. Also, if you added a logo, ensure your Error Correction level is set to High (30%).
Error correction allows a QR code to remain scannable even if part of it is damaged or covered (like when placing a logo in the center). Setting it to "High" allows up to 30% of the code to be covered while still functioning perfectly.
